The Recruiting Manager is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and plays a critical role in helping to shape the workforce at Marriott International.
Job Responsibility
Act as a strategic partner to HR and Hiring Managers to optimize the efficiency of the recruitment funnel
Assist in carrying out the daily activities of the Talent Acquisition function related to the non-management centralized recruitment
Engage as a leader on the team managing daily operational deadlines, providing coaching, training and development

Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or related degree
3+ years' experience preferably in an agency recruiting environment
Masterful negotiating skills that work on behalf of the company and the talent
Knowledgeable pulse on the hiring market and understand how to use that data to improve our hiring strategy
Highly resourceful with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
