The Recruiting Manager is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and plays a critical role in helping to shape the workforce at Marriott International.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a strategic partner to HR and Hiring Managers to optimize the efficiency of the recruitment funnel
  • Assist in carrying out the daily activities of the Talent Acquisition function related to the non-management centralized recruitment
  • Engage as a leader on the team managing daily operational deadlines, providing coaching, training and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or related degree
  • 3+ years' experience preferably in an agency recruiting environment
  • Masterful negotiating skills that work on behalf of the company and the talent
  • Knowledgeable pulse on the hiring market and understand how to use that data to improve our hiring strategy
  • Highly resourceful with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
