Job Description:

Position has responsibility for supervising and coordinating activities of employees delivering spa services. Focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction and achieving budget goals.

Job Responsibility:

Supervising and coordinating activities of employees delivering spa services, including salon, skin care, program coordination, reservations, reception desk, massage and locker room areas
ensuring guest and employee satisfaction
assisting in financial management of the department
managing supplies and equipment inventories
maintaining cleanliness of spa and related areas
obtaining guest feedback on service levels
handling guest problems and complaints
providing employee training and feedback
supporting a Spa orientation program for new employees.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2 years experience in the spa, guest services, or related professional area
