Job Description

As Material Flow Technology Deputy Lead, you MFT Lead and your team will support the process management of our logistic service operators so that the intralogistics equipment can be optimally used. With a strong team you’ll help thousands of customers each day. You will also take responsibility for the on-site relationship with our fulfillment partner, including preparations and ramp up of the warehouse. You will be able to look back at your site’s achievement with pride, week in week out!

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring the continuous operation of technical equipment
  • Supervising the proper maintenance of machinery and equipment carried out by the employees of the technical department
  • Ongoing removal of breakdowns and faults in machinery and equipment
  • Supervising the stock of spare parts
  • Creation of the necessary workshop together with the acquisition of the equipment needed for the maintenance of technical equipment
  • Responsibility for the organization and management of a team of employees, as well as participation in their recruitment
  • Overseeing repair documentation, keeping records of repairs to machinery and equipment
  • Planning preventive repairs

Requirements

  • Higher technical education
  • Several years' experience as a maintenance manager/leader
  • Experience working in a manufacturing plant or logistics center
  • A team player with a drive to connect to others
  • Fluency in Polish and English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, in particular Excel/Google sheets
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong and successful relationships within and outside the company
  • Responsibility, self-reliance, very good organization of own work and work of a subordinate team of employees
  • With your strong analytical abilities you use data and facts for problem solving, decision making, measuring success and minimizing risks
  • With your hands-on mentality you take on problems and find efficient solutions
