Job Description:

We are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Eastbourne who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This opportunity is suitable for an MFL specialist who is available to start immediately or is looking to secure a September position within a supportive and forward-thinking school.

Job Responsibility:

Teaching Modern Foreign Languages across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
Encouraging pupil confidence and progress in language learning
Maintaining positive behaviour and a strong learning environment
Working full time as part of an established department

Requirements:

Be a qualified MFL Teacher (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
Have strong subject knowledge in one or more languages
Be confident teaching mixed-ability classes
Demonstrate good classroom and behaviour management skills
Have a proactive, reliable, and positive approach
