Job Description

Inspire a Love of Languages. Are you a passionate Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher ready to inspire students and bring languages to life in the classroom? Elementa Support Services is working closely with schools to connect talented educators with rewarding teaching opportunities across the region. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed MFL Teachers to support learners in secondary school settings, helping them build confidence, cultural awareness, and strong communication skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons in line with the curriculum
  • Inspire students to develop a passion for languages and global cultures
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of learning needs
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to support student progress

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply – we can assist)
  • Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration
  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for language learning
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
