• GCSE Excellence: Prepare Year 10 and 11 students for AQA or Edexcel exams, focusing on oral confidence and spontaneous speech
• Cultural Integration: Incorporate film, music, and authentic texts to bring the language to life
• Adaptive Scaffolding: Use creative strategies to engage mixed-ability cohorts and support students with SEN
• Literacy Development: Strengthen students' understanding of English grammar by drawing parallels with the target language
• Departmental Collaboration: Assist in organising cultural exchange opportunities, international trips, or language clubs to boost MFL profile across the school

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Mandatory
• Degree in French, Spanish, or a related Modern Languages discipline
