MFL Teacher | French & Spanish | Top-Tier CPD & Support. Position: Temporary (Fixed-Term). Salary: £140 - £220 per day (Paid to Scale). Start Date: Immediate / Next Term. Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and execute engaging lessons in French and/or Spanish, focusing on the development of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills aligned with GCSE specifications
  • Use formative assessment data to bridge attainment gaps and ensure no student falls behind their projected 'Flight Path' in their language acquisition
  • Maintain a focused, logical, and inclusive learning environment using the academy's proven, consistent behavior management strategies
  • Act as a Form Tutor, supporting the holistic well-being and academic mindset of your assigned cohort

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • BA in French, Spanish, or a closely related Modern Languages field
  • A proven history of teaching MFL within a UK secondary school setting
  • A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
