Installation Project Manager Duration: 6-month contract Location: Hybrid- 1 day per week on site in either London, or Chesterfield. Further travel may be involved to branches in the area. The MFD Installation Project Manager will lead end-to-end implementation of MFD projects, ensuring scope, time, quality, and cost objectives are met. They will work cross-functionally, manage a variety of stakeholders, and drive delivery within a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Oversee budgets and ensure return on investment within area of responsibility
Schedule site surveys with internal teams, Strategic Partner, branch managers and supplier
Review survey results, designs, and costings seek approval to proceed
Liaise with training and onboarding teams to ensure readiness
Arrange installation dates and coordinate suppliers
Ensure alarm supplier and additional cash delivery are scheduled
Check installation flow with BAU team and resolve issues promptly
Confirm installation sign-off and paperwork completion
Capture and manage site-specific risks and issues through to resolution
Requirements:
Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) desirable but not essential with relevant experience
Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of device deployment projects, including governance, budgets, timelines, and quality standards, ideally within retail or financial services
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders-internal teams, external suppliers, and end users-to achieve successful outcomes
Skilled in risk and issue management across the project lifecycle, including identification, mitigation, and resolution
Familiarity with installation and commissioning processes for hardware or multi-functional devices (MFDs) or similar technology
Experience operating in fast-paced, regulated environments with complex operational requirements and political sensitivity
Strong background in leading cross-functional teams and driving engagement, performance, and continuous improvement
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and influence stakeholders
Trusted advisor with strong commercial acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions
