Job Responsibility:
Adheres to General Work Requirements
assists with analyzing feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production
assists with drafting the necessary working and repair documents
learns to analyze and estimate PCR (Program Change Request)
assists with analyzing equipment and workstation production capacity, as well as creating task sequency and capacity analysis
assists with analyzing requirements and initiates productions tool purchase orders, including ECAAR (Emergency Capital Acquisition Authorization)
assists Methods Planners with tool designs
directs Methods Planners in the preparation and revision of manufacturing documents such as MIWOs, LOGs, TWOs, Set-Up Documents (Mfg Work Orders, Work Instructions (LOGs) and Tooling Work Orders)
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in Methods, Material Planning, or related area
basic knowledge of SAP, ACAD, Catia V4/V5
basic knowledge of Project Management principles
ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications
manufacturing background (preferred)
bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
