Job Responsibility:
Provide technical support for systems such as S4/Hana, NX/Teamcenter, and BPM
Act as a point of contact for local teams regarding Methods tools and processes
Lead local and multi-site initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives
Support the definition, implementation, and enforcement of manufacturing/Methods guidelines
Contribute to the deployment of standardized processes across all production sites
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of Methods procedures and instructions
Coordinate cross-functional project integration and ensure compliance with standards
Conduct feasibility studies and assess impact of proposed changes
Participate in root-cause analyses and implementation of corrective actions
Capture, structure, and maintain critical Methods knowledge in accessible repositories
Develop and deliver training programs for new Methods agents and local teams
Promote continuous improvement, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities
Requirements:
Technical college diploma in aerospace or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar Methods or manufacturing engineering role
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of Methods processes, quality standards, and standardization principles
Proficiency in SAP/S4 Hana, NX, Teamcenter, and other manufacturing systems
Strong command of Microsoft tools: Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Word
Ability to write clear, rigorous technical documentation and procedures
Experience in knowledge management and maintaining structured repositories
Ability to design training content and deliver educational sessions (asset)
Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
Autonomous, rigorous, and organized in task execution
Bilingual: French and English (spoken and written)
