Job Responsibility

  • Development of Methodologies take into account the specifics of the company and industry
  • Integration of new techniques into existing business processes
  • Development of instructions and regulations to ensure the effective implementation and application of methods
  • Conducting an analysis of current management accounting processes
  • Identification of bottlenecks and proposals for process optimization
  • Development of measures to improve the efficiency of management accounting
  • Participation in the implementation of developed methods in the practical activities of the company
  • Training and consulting employees on new techniques
  • Monitoring the correct application of methods
  • Regular updating of methods, taking into account changes in legislation and internal corporate requirements
  • Adaptation of methods to changes in the organizational structure and business processes of the company
  • Drawing up detailed and understandable methodological documents
  • Ensuring that documentation is accessible to all interested parties
  • Presentation of developed methods and proposals to company management
  • Reasoned justification for proposed changes and innovations
  • Interaction with various departments of the company to obtain the necessary information and agree on changes
  • Collaboration with IT specialists to automate management accounting processes

Requirements

  • Higher education in economics, finance, accounting or management
  • Certificates and diplomas in specialized programs (for example, ACCA, CIMA, CPA + Professional accountant of the Republic of Kazakhstan) are must
  • Experience in the field of management accounting for at least 5 years
  • Experience in developing methods and regulations for management accounting
  • Deep knowledge of management accounting
  • Experience with software products to automate accounting and budgeting (for example, SAP, Oracle, 1C)
  • Skills in analyzing financial information and reporting
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • High level of responsibility and organization
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team
