Job Description

We are currently looking for a Meter to Cash Senior Manager to join our Energy Customer Solutions team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end metering, billing, and collections processes within the retail energy operations. The role also leads efforts to improve metering and billing process, defines payment channel strategies, and drives collections for overdue accounts. Strong focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing the full metering, billing, and collections cycle to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high customer satisfaction
  • Validating meter data and ensuring timely, error-free billing through regular quality checks and collaboration with Customer Care
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal billing-related queries, providing clear and prompt support
  • Working closely with IT to maintain and improve the billing system, including rate updates and resolving technical issues
  • Driving process improvements through automation, technology, and best practices in metering and billing operations
  • Defining and executing payment channel strategies while managing timely collections and follow-ups on overdue accounts

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in retail operations and/or billing within the energy sector
  • MEng in Electrical Engineering and MSc in IT or Data Analytics
  • Strong technical background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong internal and external relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
