Job Responsibility:

Develop and document metalworking technologies (cutting, bending, welding, milling, turning, etc.)
Optimize production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
Prepare and update technical documentation, process instructions, and flow charts
Select appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for production processes
Monitor and support implementation of new technologies and improvements in production
Collaborate with engineers and machine operators to solve technical issues on the shop floor
Participate in product prototyping and pre-production trials
Ensure compliance with safety standards and production protocols
Train and support production staff on technological processes
Assist in the evaluation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience in a similar role in metal fabrication or machining industry (2+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of metalworking processes and equipment
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (CAD knowledge is a plus)
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
