Job Responsibility:

  • Architect the Strategy: Spearhead the growth of all field sales channels, serving as the primary lead for strategic partnerships with major banners and stakeholders.
  • Drive Sales Attainment: Move beyond traditional training to focus on explosive revenue growth. You will own the sales targets and the roadmap to achieve them.
  • Lead Leaders: Directly manage, coach, and mentor a team of Program Directors, providing the strategic framework they need to empower their field teams across the country.
  • The Sales Voice: Act as the definitive program lead, translating Meta’s high-level vision into actionable field strategies that redefine the wearable market.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Champion a data-first culture. You will synthesize complex program data into actionable insights to pivot strategies in real-time and optimize channel performance.
  • Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Channel Growth & Vision: Lead the strategic expansion and optimization of all field sales channels, ensuring the Meta program exceeds AR/VR and wearable sales targets.
  • Revenue Optimization: Architect and execute comprehensive sales strategies that transform Meta’s product innovation into market-leading sales performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Champion the use of advanced data analytics to identify market trends, forecast performance, and develop actionable insights that optimize field execution.
  • Strategic Alignment: Serve as the primary "Sales Voice," ensuring that all field initiatives are perfectly aligned with Meta’s high-level commercial objectives and 2020 Companies growth pillars.
  • Innovation & Execution: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by pioneering new sales methodologies and ensuring relentless execution across all national territories.
  • Relationship Management & Communication
  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison and strategic partner for Meta executives and key channel stakeholders (e.g., Best Buy), aligning business goals across complex organizations.
  • Strategic Influence: Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers to secure buy-in for new program initiatives and channel expansions.
  • Executive Communication: Demonstrate masterful presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex program data into compelling narratives for executive-level audiences.
  • Team Management & Development
  • Leadership of Leaders: Directly oversee and empower a team of Program Directors, providing the strategic vision and operational framework they need to lead their respective field teams.
  • High-Performance Culture: Foster an environment of accountability, coaching, and mentorship to develop the next generation of sales leadership within the Meta program.
  • Organizational Design: Manage resource and support staff allocation to ensure the program is structured for maximum scalability and impact.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' management experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
  • An interest in wearables, specifically AV and VR products, is a plus
  • Ability to engage, inspire, demonstrate, and train
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekend shifts required
  • Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, and grab approximately 20 lbs. occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
