Job Description:

Groupon is in transformation mode - and Performance Marketing is at the center of it. We are one of the largest Meta advertisers in the region, running large-scale Dynamic Product Ads across complex product feeds. We’ve recently raised our ROAS targets, improved profitability, and now we’re pushing harder into acquisition. We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Meta specialist who wants ownership, scale, and real impact. This is not a “launch campaigns and report” role. This is a role where you improve structure, performance, and profitability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Full ownership of Meta Ads performance
  • Large-scale DPA campaigns
  • Feed & catalog optimization
  • Creative testing strategy - from hypothesis to iteration
  • Budget & bid strategy optimization at scale
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Using AI tools to improve campaign workflows and insights

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience
  • Proven experience managing mid-to-large budgets
  • Deep knowledge of DPA and catalog/feed optimization
  • Experience in e-commerce / marketplace / performance-driven B2C
  • Structured creative testing approach
  • Solid analytical mindset
  • Comfort using AI tools in daily marketing workflows
