Job Description

The Meta Ads / Paid Social Associate is a behind-the-scenes execution and quality assurance role supporting the Paid Social team. This position is focused on ensuring Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns are launched correctly, monitored consistently, and maintained without errors. The associate follows documented processes and direct guidance from senior team members to support campaign accuracy, budget control, and reliability. This role is not responsible for client communication, campaign strategy, creative direction, or performance optimization.

Job Responsibility

  • Review live and pending Meta campaigns for accuracy in settings, budgets, audiences, creatives, and naming conventions
  • Monitor campaign pacing to ensure budgets are spending appropriately relative to plan
  • flag under- or over-spend issues promptly
  • Verify URLs, UTMs, and destination functionality prior to and after launch
  • Perform daily delivery checks and identify anomalies or errors for escalation
  • Assist with campaign setup using provided briefs and step-by-step instructions
  • Ensure correct creative versions are used and aligned with launch requirements
  • Clearly communicate errors, risks, or pacing concerns to senior team members
  • Track identified issues through resolution to ensure no gaps in execution
  • Independently build campaigns from approved briefs
  • Perform repeatable maintenance tasks (pausing, duplicating, budget updates)
  • Support a higher volume of campaigns once consistency and trust are established

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working in Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, process-driven work
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and meet deadlines consistently
  • Clear written communication skills for internal coordination
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, and Google Meet
