Job Responsibility

Dismantling and reassembling accident-damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications
Ensure customer satisfaction in the repair of motor vehicles
Carry out work in a safe and economical manner
Employ knowledge and skills to restore vehicles to a high standard
Observe, recognise and report on vehicle body damage

Job Responsibility

Complete all body work, including stripping and refitting trim and panel interior
Refitting new / repaired panels and repairing small dents and minor body work for accident damaged vehicles
Repair and panel damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition in accordance with approved Repair Methodology and manufacturers standards
Use specialist body repair equipment – measuring equipment, body jigs, welding equipment and smart repair tools
Ensure that vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to customers, or that faults have been reported and noted on job card

Job Responsibility

Dismantling and reassembling accident-damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications and to the high standards expected by our customers
Remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components as required for body and paint repairs
Strip vehicles to enable accurate damage assessment and repair
On repair/replacement of the components, they must be refitted, restoring the vehicle to pre-accident condition
Deliver the highest standard of quality
Attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair times
Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles
Accurately report all components, materials, and consumables used
Safeguard the customers' vehicle and contents whilst being repaired
Ensure that all work carried out meets acceptable safety and quality standards
