Requirements

Previous experience, skills and knowledge in stripping, refurbishing, and fitting a wide variety of vehicles
Experience working to meet customer needs
Enthusiastic, upbeat and committed to delivering the best repair service
Compliance with Health and Safety and industry standards
Observing Audatex estimates, DLGAS ways of working and BS10125 procedures
EV accredited, Glass accredited and ADAS accredited (ideal candidate)

Job Responsibility

Stripping, refurbishing, and fitting a wide variety of vehicles
Working to meet customer needs
Working within a team of painters, panel beaters and other MET fitters
Reporting to workshop controller

Requirements

Previous motor mechanics / body shop experience
Previous EV hybrid training desirable
Ability to meet and maintain targets & deadlines
Ability to maintain a safe & tidy working environment
Possession of your own comprehensive set of tools
Must be reliable, conscientious, and comfortable working in a very busy, fast-moving environment

Job Responsibility

Removal of mechanical, electrical, and trim parts from all levels of vehicle (standard to prestige), electric vehicles, and hybrid vehicles

Job Responsibility

Dismantling and reassembling accident-damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications and to the high standards expected by our customers
Carry out work detailed in estimate, removing damaged components from the vehicle in preparation for Repair/Paint work to be carried out
On repair/replacement of the components they must be refitted, restoring the vehicle to pre accident condition
Deliver the highest standard of quality
Attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair times
Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles
Accurately report all components, materials and consumables used
