Job Responsibility:
Administer and configure the BOX cloud platform
Develop and maintain user access controls, permissions, and security settings within BOX
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BOX users
Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business units to design and implement workflows, automation, and integrations with other enterprise systems
Monitor usage analytics, storage consumption, and system health
Ensure data governance, retention, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA)
Drive adoption of BOX features such as document versioning, e-signatures, and collaborative editing
Coordinate with BOX support and vendor partners for advanced troubleshooting and feature requests
Stay informed of industry trends, updates, and emerging technologies in cloud content management and collaboration tools
Manage day-to-day administration of the TextReach platform, including user account setup, permissions, and access controls
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate with technical support or vendors to resolve problems
Oversee the scheduling, deployment, and reporting of messaging campaigns
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud technologies and technical support
Strong skills in BOX Cloud, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting
Experience with user access management
