Job Responsibility:
Managing and administering Proofpoint Protection servers for the customers
Support and manage Cloud and On-premises Proofpoint appliances
Support and manage On-premises and Cloud TRAP appliances
Support and maintain the EFD environment
Support and manage Proofpoint TAP
Support and manage Proofpoint Browser Isolation
Plan and Coordinate with the vendor for regular health checks and implement vendor recommendations
Provides deep subject matter expertise, advice and program delivery
Support 24x7 steady state operations-Flexible working in US business hours for all required work done and during weekends
Contributes to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise
Thorough understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations
Works on abstract and complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables
Integrates trends, data and information into plans, deliverables and recommendations
Provides advanced technical support within area of expertise to clients on complex integration issues and is often in a lead role within major projects. systems as needed to implement recommended solution within given parameters
Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in Proofpoint Email security Solution
Expertise in Proofpoint email security administration and technical support
Strong understanding of Office 365 security and compliance requirements
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Candidates must have exceptional customer service, problem solving, and communication skills
Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and with a global team of engineers
Strong team player with ability to work in a team and as individual contributor
