• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards
• Answer questions on menu selections
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability
• Record transactions in MICROS system
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc.
• Complete closing duties like restocking items and turning off lights
• Present physical and accurate checks and process payments

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to speak with others using clear and professional language
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing under 25 pounds without assistance and over 50 pounds with assistance
• Ability to move over uneven or slippery surfaces
• Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
