Job Description:

Serve food and beverages in a professional and welcoming atmosphere at W Mexico City in compliance with Marriott International's high standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization, collaborate effectively with team members, and ensure satisfaction with all services rendered.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages
Set tables
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with the kitchen regarding orders
Record transactions in MICROS system
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Complete closing duties such as restocking items and turning off lights
Process guest payments
Adhere to safety policies
Address service needs of guests
Move and manipulate objects of varying weights
Perform job duties as requested by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
Strong communication skills
Ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures
Professional appearance and maintaining confidentiality
Positive working relationships and teamwork.
