Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests at The St. Regis Kanai Resort. Set tables according to type of event and service standards, answer menu questions, communicate with kitchen staff, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Job Responsibility:
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to type of event and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Complete closing duties including restocking items
Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
