Job Description:

Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal, with a strong focus on creating memorable experiences through food and drinks. They ensure safety, follow policies, uphold quality standards, and perform physical tasks as part of their role at Delta Hotels Riviera Nayarit An All-Inclusive Resort.

Job Responsibility:

Setting tables
communicating with the kitchen
interacting and serving guests
cleaning work areas and supplies
creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
managing the menu
moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
less than 1 year related work experience
no supervisory experience
