The Meritocracy Fellowship is a program for graduating high school students based on merit and academic excellence. It begins with exploring fundamental questions about the West and America through curated readings and seminars. Following this, Fellows work alongside engineers and developers to build software and deliver customer outcomes. Successful Fellows may obtain offers to join Palantir full time.
Job Responsibility:
Work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers and software developers to build software and deliver customer outcomes
Confront challenges requiring a curious and analytical approach, a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user insight
Requirements:
High school certificate of graduation at the start of the internship
Candidates cannot be enrolled in an accredited U.S. university
Candidates cannot have previously earned an undergraduate degree
Spending fall 2026 (August - December) at Palantir exclusively
candidates cannot simultaneously be enrolled in university classes
Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (eg. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
