M&A Integration Manager-Commercial Landscape. Private Equity–Backed Commercial Landscape Group. We are seeking an experienced M&A Integration Manager to lead pre- and post-close integrations across our private equity–backed commercial landscape company. This role is critical to value creation—ensuring acquisitions are integrated quickly, synergies are captured, and portfolio companies are positioned for scalable growth and exit readiness.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate deal thesis into actionable integration plans
  • Lead cross-functional integration efforts across finance, HR, IT, operations, and sales
  • Manage integration timelines, KPIs, and synergy tracking

Requirements
