Are you a financially-savvy and analytically-driven master's student with a keen interest in mergers and acquisitions (M&A)? Manuchar is offering a unique opportunity for a talented M&A Intern to join our team at our headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium (2026-2027). As an M&A Intern, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience in buy-side market analyses and company valuation.

Job Responsibility

  • Learn to build an investment case for acquisition targets as potential add-on to the Manuchar group
  • Work closely with our experienced M&A team and our private equity shareholder
  • Gain insights into the complete M&A deal cycle within our multinational organization

Requirements

  • Final year master students in the field of Finance with a strong interest in M&A
  • You can join our team in our headquarters in Antwerp for a minimum commitment of 3 months with an availability of minimum 4days/week starting at the end of August 2026
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of responsibility for your deliverables are highly valued
  • Someone who chooses for the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a challenging and competitive industry, as this is an unpaid internship
