Job Responsibility:
Lead comprehensive analysis for buy-side mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation assessments to support investment decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate acquisition opportunities and manage due diligence processes
Prepare and present insightful reports and recommendations to senior leadership
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities
Utilize tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, and ERP systems to streamline acquisition processes
Manage budgets, cash flow analysis, and capital management for ongoing transactions
Support integration strategies post-acquisition to ensure smooth transitions and operational success
Travel occasionally to meet with stakeholders and assess target companies
Contribute to the enhancement of internal CRM systems to improve transaction tracking
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing buy-side M&A transactions in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in financial tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, and ERP systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed cash flow and capital management analyses
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial information effectively
Advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
certifications such as CFA or CPA are highly desirable
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to dynamic business environments
Familiarity with CRM systems and budget planning processes
Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
