Job Responsibility

  • Lead comprehensive analysis for buy-side mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation assessments to support investment decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate acquisition opportunities and manage due diligence processes
  • Prepare and present insightful reports and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities
  • Utilize tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, and ERP systems to streamline acquisition processes
  • Manage budgets, cash flow analysis, and capital management for ongoing transactions
  • Support integration strategies post-acquisition to ensure smooth transitions and operational success
  • Travel occasionally to meet with stakeholders and assess target companies
  • Contribute to the enhancement of internal CRM systems to improve transaction tracking

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing buy-side M&A transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in financial tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed cash flow and capital management analyses
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial information effectively
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • certifications such as CFA or CPA are highly desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to dynamic business environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and budget planning processes
