Job Description

As a Merchant Operations Specialist you will play a critical role in reviewing and analyzing technical and functional operations within our organization. You will be responsible for identifying gaps and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve our product offerings. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in strategy, business operations, or consulting roles, who possesses excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and analyze technical and functional operations within the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • +3 years of professional experience in sales, administrative, strategy, business operations, or client facing roles
  • Must have hands-on experience with SQL, BI tools, analytics, or similar technologies
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of “Ownership mentality”

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working within a tech or tech implementation organization, or consulting practice
  • Highly analytical with a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Experience working in logistics and/or supply chain organizations
