Merchant Analyst will be responsible for extracting, analysing, and reporting merchant and channel performance data to support business decision-making. This role ensures accurate KPI tracking, provides commercial insights, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive growth and efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Own the design, execution, and optimization of SQL queries and BI reports to ensure robust data extraction and analysis
Guarantee accuracy and timeliness of merchant performance dashboards and KPIs to support business decision-making
Translate data into actionable insights that influence commercial strategies and drive business growth
Manage reporting processes for merchant acquisition channels, commissions, payouts, and post-campaign analysis
Oversee reward and recognition program reporting while collaborating with MIS and stakeholders to resolve data issues effectively
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Economics, or related field
Advanced SQL skills with query optimization expertise
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Solid grounding in data visualization and reporting best practices
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
