Job Responsibility

  • Support EU seller lead generation, qualification, segmentation, and other lead management tasks using a data-driven approach
  • Assist the digital channel team in creating in-app notifications, EDMs, banners, H5 pages, and other seller outreach materials
  • Manage, implement, and monitor seller growth programs, including incentives and championship campaigns, with strong attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency and budget effectiveness
  • Help with seller troubleshooting, community engagement, and the development of educational content to drive seller success
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated, able to balance and manage multiple tasks and apply initiative
  • Skilled in Tableau/Power BI and MS Office
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree
  • Collaborative and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the EU eCommerce landscape and market trends
  • Experience in organising online events or webinars
  • SQL or Python experience for data processing is a plus
  • Previous exposure to community building or seller support initiatives
  • Interest in digital commerce, social selling, and content-driven retail
  • Quick learner with strong adaptability, agility, and attention to detail
