Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandising Supervisor to join our team in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, on a contract basis. This is a proactive role for an individual with a strong background in merchandising and a desire to contribute to our success.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and execute merchandising strategies to ensure brand consistency and optimal product presentation
  • Manage and train a team of merchandising staff, providing guidance and support
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional activities and product launches
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability on store shelves
  • Analyze sales data and merchandising performance to make data-driven recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and guidelines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 to 10 years of experience in merchandising, with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated expertise in merchandising principles and techniques
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
