Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in a related field or equivalent practical experience
1 to 10 years of experience in merchandising, with a proven track record of success
Demonstrated expertise in merchandising principles and techniques
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Based in or willing to relocate to Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

Job Responsibility

Oversee and execute merchandising strategies to ensure brand consistency and optimal product presentation
Manage and train a team of merchandising staff, providing guidance and support
Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional activities and product launches
Maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability on store shelves
Analyze sales data and merchandising performance to make data-driven recommendations
Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and guidelines
Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.
