Job Description:

In this role, you will support the delivery of our Core Merchandising rebuild plans, ensuring that our product categories align with our overall merchandising strategy. You'll play a crucial part in creating planograms that deliver the right results for our stores, while collaborating with a talented team dedicated to excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating planograms to ensure accurate merchandising for our stores
  • Applying merchandising standards consistently to keep our materials commercially focused and relevant
  • Supporting merchandising specialists in meetings, anticipating and resolving issues as they arise
  • Planning and delivering strategic rebuild changes in line with our objectives
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow

Requirements:

  • Strong team leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging in challenging conversations
  • Proven relationship-building abilities across various levels of the organisation
  • Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel is desirable, but training on our merchandising databases will be provided
