Job Responsibility
Analyze (weekly / monthly) sales data and propose appropriate actions
Develop strategy for upcoming season based on market insights and new product initiatives
Monitor products performance with target sell-through
Frequent store visits to provide assistance and feedback
Frequent communication with HQ regarding sales, sell-through performance and stock
Liaise with commercial team at local (Retail, VM, MKT) to develop the actions
Liaise with HQ to report the performance
Liaise with Finance and HQ Sales Planner to collaborate on sales plans, forecasts and open-to-buy
Review delivery with logistics to manage stock status and sales performance
Plan the seasonal buying budget based on sales performance and stock level
Select seasonal merchandise and plan product assortment
Input seasonal order quantities in buying system tool
Provide collection feedback report to HQ
Allocate seasonal stock by door based on sales analysis
Oversee store transfer for rebalancing inventory in order to support sales
Manage store stock and sales by taking charge of returns and replenishment
Guide stores to operate with qualitative stock
Review and apply markdown in order to minimize season stock
Train store staff regarding brand induction and seasonal merchandise
Follow up retail e & operations
Requirements
BA degree or above with relevant major preferred
Minimum 10 years of related working experience
Understanding fashion basic knowledge in luxury market
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Fluency in spoken and written English
Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office
Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task
