We are looking for a dedicated Merchandising Assistant to join a team on a contract basis for approximately six weeks. This part-time role involves traveling to retail locations in Orlando, Florida, to organize and stock product displays according to company standards. The position requires early morning availability and offers a great opportunity to contribute to the success of merchandising efforts in the region.
Job Responsibility:
Travel to assigned retail locations to set up and refresh merchandise displays
Arrange products on shelves and promotional displays in alignment with company guidelines
Unpack and organize stock to ensure proper inventory placement
Collaborate with store staff to verify display plans and address any setup concerns
Capture high-quality photos of completed displays and submit concise reports after store visits
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards
Follow detailed visual merchandising instructions to ensure consistency across locations
Provide excellent service and communication to store personnel during visits
Requirements:
Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation for travel between stores
Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or stocking is highly desirable
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to execute visual display plans effectively
Excellent communication skills to interact with store staff and report outcomes
Comfortable working early morning shifts and managing a flexible schedule
Ability to work independently while following provided guidelines and deadlines
