Requirements

2 to 3 years experience in retail, merchandising, or in store field execution
Understanding of retail store operations and product placement principles
Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution
Ability to work independently across multiple store visits
Good communication skills when dealing with store staff
Reliable, punctual, and disciplined approach to field work
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Job Responsibility

Visit assigned retail stores according to a planned route
Execute merchandising standards and ensure product displays meet guidelines
Ensure products are correctly placed according to planograms
Check stock availability and report out of stock or low stock issues
Maintain product displays, pricing labels, and promotional material
Set up, manage, and maintain point of sale and branding material
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and in store positioning
Capture store feedback, photos, and merchandising reports
Liaise with store staff to resolve basic merchandising or display issues
Support in store promotions, campaigns, and product launches

6 months-plus of general work experience
A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements
Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation
Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license
Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law
Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools

Job Responsibility

Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
Other projects or duties as assigned
