Merchandiser

• Manage stock allocation and onboard inventory levels, ensuring products are available where and when they’re needed most
• Analyse sales and stock performance data to make informed replenishment decisions that drive availability, minimise risk and maximise sales
• Working closely with Buyers, Shipboard Retail Managers, Area Managers, Logistics and Marketing, coordinate the smooth flow of stock across the fleet and help every ship trade at its best

• Experience in Fashion merchandising, with advanced planning and analytical skills, including Excel
• Flexible approach to work, adapting quickly and effectively to unexpected changes
• Good judgement and decision-making skills, confident in suggesting calculated risks
• Strong customer awareness and understanding
• Passionate about product, strong market and brand awareness
• Exceptionally organised, methodical, and efficient, to meet deadlines
• Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
