We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us within a high performing team as a Sales Support Representative along the NSW South Coast, servicing stores in Shellharbour to Bowral, and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent part time position with a requirement to work a minimum 20 hours per week, with the possibility to flex up hours when needed and depending on workload. You will need to be available at least 3 days a week. You must hold a valid driver's licence and must have access to a roadworthy vehicle.
Job Responsibility
Establish at store level a visual presence through building & maintenance of displays in line with identified trade standards and maintaining adequate stock cover
Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with communicated trade standards
Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities wherever possible
Ensure adequate stock is available on displays and that correct ticketing and POS is in place
Manage customer relationships effectively through communication with relevant store personnel
Adherence to scheduled Call Plan and complete all in store tasks as requested through your i-CAP and via your Territory Manager
Assist the Territory Manager in achieving their business objectives and targets through selling, effective management & retention of POS and attempting to resolve non-compliance issues
Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
Requirements
Higher school certificate
Previous experience in a merchandising/sales role preferably in a grocery or FMCG organisation
