Job Responsibility:
Under the direction of the Merchandise Manager, the Retail Sales Associate will report directly to the supervisor on duty while working closely with the other sales associates & management to deliver legendary customer service
Be proactive when greeting guests and providing help to all customers
Keeps work area and equipment neat and clean
At closing, works with other store personnel to properly clean and organize stock for the next day
Performs and completes other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to lift/move up to 30 lbs.
Must be flexible to work all Angel Stadium events including late nights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to work at a fast pace
Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
Ability to assure compliance with company service standards and company inventory
Accurately ring-in sales in a timely manner at the location on the Point of Sale terminal
Ensure inventory management procedures are always in effect, have working knowledge of POS
Uses Point of Sale equipment correctly and accurately
Maintains high standards of friendly guest service
Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to engage guests and work in a highly busy, interactive environment
Must be able to handle inventory efficiently
Must be able to work with others as a team
Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
Must be able to consistently provide positive guest service
Must be able to generalize, evaluate, and decide without immediate supervision using best judgement
Should have an appreciation for retail and customer service experience
Must be able to work non-traditional hours due to business requirements, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
