As a (Senior) Merchandise Planner Private Label (m/f/d) you work closely with our Buying & Design Teams and are a key contributor to the success of our own brands About You and studioselect. You are responsible for planning, analysing and optimizing our assortment, keeping a close eye on all relevant purchasing kpi and providing data driven insights for our product teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic assortment and budget planning, including the preparation of seasonal forecasts
  • Monitoring of sales performance and derivation of in-season measures like reorders
  • Preparation of weekly sales reports and presentations and creating ad-hoc analyses
  • Identifying growth potentials and white spots within the assortment categories
  • Strategic development of our private label portfolio in close collaboration with Buying
  • Continuous optimization of our Merchandise Planning toolkit and processes

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Economics or a comparable field
  • 3+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning, preferably within fashion e-commerce
  • Strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of sales KPI and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets (Power Query is a benefit)
  • High level of independence and a hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
  • German skills are a plus
