As a (Senior) Merchandise Planner Private Label (m/f/d) you work closely with our Buying & Design Teams and are a key contributor to the success of our own brands About You and studioselect. You are responsible for planning, analysing and optimizing our assortment, keeping a close eye on all relevant purchasing kpi and providing data driven insights for our product teams.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic assortment and budget planning, including the preparation of seasonal forecasts
Monitoring of sales performance and derivation of in-season measures like reorders
Preparation of weekly sales reports and presentations and creating ad-hoc analyses
Identifying growth potentials and white spots within the assortment categories
Strategic development of our private label portfolio in close collaboration with Buying
Continuous optimization of our Merchandise Planning toolkit and processes
Requirements:
University degree in Business, Economics or a comparable field
3+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning, preferably within fashion e-commerce
Strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of sales KPI and entrepreneurial spirit
Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets (Power Query is a benefit)
High level of independence and a hands-on approach to problem solving
Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with various stakeholders
