Job Description:

Our merchandising team is at the forefront of building brands, shaping trends, and creating entirely new product categories. We partner closely with brands to anticipate what clients want now—and what they’ll be craving next. From concept to launch, our merchants curate compelling assortments and bring them to life through innovative storytelling across both stores and digital platforms. As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will serve as a critical support partner to the Digital Merchandising team, helping execute the day-to-day operations that power product launches and optimize the online shopping experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about beauty, eCommerce, and digital storytelling.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with brands and internal Digital Merchandising teams to manage timelines and deliverables for new product launches
  • Ensure timely receipt of assets, copy, and product information to support go-live readiness
  • Track milestones and proactively flag risks or delays to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain and update existing product pages on Sephora.com to ensure accuracy, completeness, and optimal conversion
  • Collaborate with brand partners to refresh content, imagery, and product details
  • Leverage performance insights to recommend updates that enhance the client experience
  • Partner with Product Production and Creative teams to support site updates and digital placements
  • Assist in the creative review process to ensure accurate and compelling product representation across all digital touchpoints
  • Support execution of merchandising initiatives across the brand portfolio

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, eCommerce, or the beauty/consumer goods industry
  • Prior experience managing product data, digital assets, or online assortments preferred
  • Sephora or prestige beauty experience is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • eCommerce & Systems Savvy – Comfortable learning and navigating new platforms and tools
  • experience managing product data and digital systems
  • Project Coordination – Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Data & Detail Orientation – High level of accuracy when working with product information, assets, and large datasets (Excel proficiency required)

  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Able to identify process improvements and navigate a fast-changing environment
