Sytner Group currently has an opening for a highly motivated Warranty Administrator to join our prestigious dealership at Mercedes-Benz of Colindale. As a Sytner Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for costing and invoicing all warranty jobs. You will ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and ensure recalls are administered and warranty debt is controlled. You will also ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times. Sytner Warranty Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Job Responsibility
Costing and invoicing all warranty jobs
Ensuring accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis
Ensuring recalls are administered
Controlling warranty debt
Ensuring manufacturer standards are adhered to
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative capacity is essential
Knowledge of the motor industry and the Kerridge system would also be advantageous
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to handle conflicting demands and identify priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues
