Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Star Expert to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Bristol. This role is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy meeting people and working for a prestige brand in a highly successful and motivated team.

Job Responsibility:

First point of contact for customers by initiating conversation and building rapport to excite them about the brand
Promote the benefits and unique selling points of Mercedes-Benz, accessories and vehicle ownership
Provide customers with the highest possible levels of service
Work weekends as part of the typical schedule

Requirements:

Previous experience of working in retail
Customer service experience within a retail environment as a minimum requirement
Ability to maintain exceptional customer care in a competitive environment
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Determination to expand knowledge and inspire others
Enthusiasm and self-motivation to excel in customer service
Enjoy meeting people and working for a prestige brand in a highly successful and motivated team
