Job Description

Mercedes-Benz of West London is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join their growing team. Mercedes-Benz Sales Managers work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Job Responsibility

  • Help manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department
  • Be at the core of all sales enquiries
  • Develop the sales team
  • Ensure every customer has a clear understanding of obligations they have entered into, with integrity and treating customers fairly

Requirements

  • High achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager
  • Sound financial and commercial understanding
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Ability to lead from the front and inspire colleagues
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals
