Mercedes-Benz of Watford is recruiting a Business Manager (Sales Led / Customer Facing) to join our high performing retail team. This is a hands on sales leadership role. The successful candidate will spend the vast majority of their time directly with customers, leading from the front by selling Finance & Insurance products at an elite level. This role sits at the heart of the sales floor and is integral to vehicle deliveries, customer experience and commercial performance. As a Mercedes-Benz Business Manager, you will be customer facing on almost every deal, structuring and presenting finance solutions, selling value added products, and ensuring every customer fully understands their options in a clear, compliant and engaging way. While there is an element of coaching and oversight of the Sales Executive team, this is sales focused people leadership, not operational management. You will influence performance by demonstrating best in class selling behaviours, objection handling, and conversion techniques — not by analysing spreadsheets or producing reports. This is not a back office, accounting, credit control, financial analysis, or business reporting role. Business Managers work flexible retail hours, including weekends, to ensure we deliver outstanding customer experience at every point of the sales journey.
