We’re looking for a Mercedes Benz Administrator to support our award winning Commercial Vehicle Sales team. You’ll keep our sales process running smoothly by managing vehicle orders, updating systems, coordinating prep work and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Job Responsibility:
Order and track new and used vehicles, keeping the sales team updated
Maintain accurate records in Kerridge, Cesar and Mstore
Process deals, invoices and registration documents
Book third‑party accessories, workshop jobs and vehicle deliveries
Support fleet administration and ensure vehicles move efficiently through each stage
Assist with stock checks, advertising updates and vehicle photography/movements
Assisting vehicle progressor and sales team with photography of new and used vehicles
Assisting vehicle progressor and sales team with local vehicle movements to and from compounds and bodyshop and the local delivery of new and used vehicles
Requirements:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using systems and managing multiple tasks
A proactive team player who supports a busy sales environment
Full UK driver's licence (Manual and Automatic)
Full UK driving license
