Job Responsibility:

  • Project Planning and Execution: An MEP Supervisor helps develop project plans, strategies, and execution plans, ensuring that MEP systems are designed, installed, and maintained efficiently
  • Supervision and Coordination: They supervise MEP contractors and subcontractors on-site, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project goals and specifications
  • Quality Control: They ensure the quality of work performed by technicians and contractors, checking for compliance with safety standards and project requirements
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: They identify and resolve issues related to MEP systems, providing technical support to technicians and contractors
  • Maintenance and Repair: They oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of building systems, including planned preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
