Job Description

Airswift is seeking a MEP Superintendent to support data center projects. MEP builders, at superintendent level, with a good record in managing fast pace, large data center projects, from early design and construction phases, through construction and commissioning and turnover.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the execution of MEP scope across all phases of large-scale data center projects, from early design through construction, commissioning, and turnover
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and plans, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines
  • Interpret and review electrical, mechanical, and control drawings to guide field teams and ensure accurate implementation
  • Utilize project management tools such as CxAlloy and Procore to track progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication
  • Conduct inspections of MEP equipment and oversee start-up and commissioning procedures to ensure compliance with design and operational standards
  • Enforce and adhere to all safety protocols, particularly those related to energy isolation and high-risk MEP activities
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional project teams, adapting quickly to different environments and team dynamics
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate subcontractors, resolve conflicts, and drive project success
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, showing initiative, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Apply creativity and technical expertise to overcome challenges and optimize project outcomes
