Accredited with a relevant HNC/HND (or equivalent)
Strong practical experience using Revit in an MEP/building-based role
Experience working on BIM level 2 projects
Proficient in planning and organising workload
Effective communication skills with engineering and AutoCAD specialists
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Passion for creative, sustainable, and intuitive design

Job Responsibility

Develop and produce BIM Models and CAD drawings for all design stages
Collaborate with engineers and AutoCAD specialists to ensure coordinated and efficient designs
Utilise Revit and AutoCAD software to support the design and development of projects
Manage workload effectively to meet tight deadlines

Requirements

Good working knowledge of a CAD package, ideally AutoCAD / Revit
